Questions
Can I edit the text that is already in the PDF?
You can cover it and type over it. Reflowing existing paragraphs is not something a PDF supports reliably, so no honest browser tool can promise it.
Will my edits be selectable text?
Yes. Text you add is embedded as real text with a real font, so it can be searched, selected and copied.
Can I type in Chinese, Arabic or Greek?
Not yet. Typed text uses the fonts built into the PDF format, which cover Latin scripts only, and the tool says so and refuses rather than dropping the characters silently. Highlighting, drawing, whiteout and images work on any document whatever its language.
